Due to internal movement, we now require an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team at Kalyra Belair. Working in a busy environment, you will be the face of the Residential Aged Care site, offering support in all aspects of administration and reception duties to staff, residents and visitors.

Job Description

Your role includes:

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages and provide information to callers.
  • Greet persons entering organisation and direct persons to correct destination.
  • Deal with queries from internal and external customers.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Prepare correspondence and documents
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
