Your new role

For this position, you will be required to have experience as a service coordinator preferably within the trades industry. This role will see you scheduling, coordinating and dispatching field technicians, working within a team of service coordinators. The role is fast paced and requires prompt and efficient response times to any issues. The team of coordinators you will be working with are very supportive.

What you'll need to succeed

3 years service coordinator Excellent Communication Skills Ideally familiar with servicing and maintenance duties SimPro/ Salesforce experience required Microsoft Office Programs Strong Attention to detail Be a team player
