Full Job Description
Lendlease are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused and experienced Village Administrator to join the team at Parkland Villas Ellenbrook.

Your role will involve providing customer service to our residents and visitors, supporting the general operation of the village as well as providing direct support to the Village Manager. As well as this, you will be involved in supporting the incoming and outgoing resident experience as well as scheduling preventative maintenance.

Working on a full-time basis, you will have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, coupled with the ability to work autonomously to complete tasks. Your strong customer service skills will allow you to effectively liaise with our residents and visitors. You will be motivated by personal and team success.

To be successful in your application, you will demonstrate the following;

Strong Administration experience.

Ability to utilise Microsoft Office effectively (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher) and pick up new systems.

Ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders - including contractors and village residents

Willingness to learn and professionally develop.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Level 2 First Aid Certificate, or willing to complete.

Driver’s Licence is essential.

A professional, friendly, proactive and can-do attitude.

Exposure to coordinating Workplace Health and Safety (Desirable).

Experience in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Healthcare (Desirable).
