Bethanie, Western Australia’s leading not
for profit aged care and retirement living
provider, has been warmly welcoming and caring for
seniors for over 65 years. We strive to lead the
change in the way Australians think about ageing,
recognising ‘old age’ as a positive
force in society and giving a voice to those who
have seen it all and live to tell the tale.

Bethanie Community provides a wide variety
of home support services to clients covering day to
day living needs in their own homes including
personal care, domestic and gardening services,
transport assistance, respite services and social
centre programs in Geraldton, Perth and in the
South West. You will join a team of people
who are passionate about getting to know the people
they care for, resulting in better quality of life
and health outcomes for community clients.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and
highly flexible individual to join our Bethanie
Community supporting clients living in the South
West (Bunbury and Busselton Regions)

The successful applicant must be flexible
& available to work anytime between Monday
to Friday.

Available Shift Start times are 7am and
Afternoon / Evening shifts from 4pm
onwards

The role is permanent part time, consisting
of minimum of 0 - 38 hours per week

You must have a suitable vehicle to
transport clients to appointments & for
social support

Requirements

Certificate III in Individual Support
(Ageing, Home and Community) with at least 6
months experience as a support worker.

Valid driver’s licence, and access to
a reliable vehicle - mandatory

Excellent time management skills

Ability to work independently

Ability to identify and report changes in
clients wellbeing

Ability to ensure clients are within a safe
environment

Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision
and Values of Bethanie

Current satisfactory police clearance, or
willingness to apply for one
