Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR / Recruitment team - support our Operational and Divisional managers during an exciting and extremely busy period.

What you will be doing

  • End-to-end recruitment for operational roles (cleaning, security, maintenance focus) as well as sourcing and hiring talent for IT, Sales, Marketing / Business Development, HR and Finance roles
  • Own and manage the full recruitment process: Hiring manager brief, source / advertise, CV screen, shortlist, interview, manage the offer process, reference checks, candidate onboarding
  • Deliver an exceptional hiring experience for hiring managers and candidates
  • Achieve results within tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition Specialists in the team as well as the national P&C team
You will have
  • 3 - 4 years + experience in an operationally focused end-to-end recruitment role - as part of an internal recruitment team
  • Prior experience of recruiting blue collar roles eg Cleaning, Security and Maintenance - ideal
  • Experience in recruiting Support and Senior level roles eg IT, Sales, Marketing / Business Development, HR and Finance roles - preferred
  • Industry sector experience in Facilities Management, Security, Cleaning, FMCG, airline, hospitality, construction, engineering - preferred
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail, efficient diary management
  • Strong work ethic - self driven with a high sense of urgency to achieve tight deadlines
  • Hands-on and practical approach with a positive "can do" approach
  • ATS experience - Taleo, SAP Success Factors, PageUp, ELMO or similar
  • Strong business partnering skills - be a trusted and credible advisor to managers
  • Team orientation - supportive and collaborative style
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications - preferred
