Blue Haven offers a true continuum of aged care services and a wide range of disability services for people in the local region. It is a not-for-profit organisation owned and operated by Kiama Municipal Council and a significant provider of aged care services both within the Municipality and the Illawarra region.

The role:

We are looking to recruit a Registered Nurse to:

  • Assist in the coordination of the Home Care Packages program auspice by Kiama Council and operating as Blue Haven, to achieve the objectives of the projects as determined by the government funding guidelines.
  • Deliver services to the consumer of Blue Haven in an ethical and professional manner with regard to legislative direction and service guidelines.
  • Participate as an active member of a multi-disciplinary Community Services team. This position may have the opportunity to develop skills working across Blue Haven.

We offer:

  • Permanent full time, 35 hours per week
  • Salary from $1352.21 to $1443.71 per week (depending on qualifications, skills and experience)
  • Plus 9.5% superannuation
