About The role

The Home & Community Aged Care Rostering team are responsible for the scheduling and shift assignment of home support services to ensure individual needs and met and that our services are provided in a reliable, timely and effective manner.

You will be working with the rostering team, building strong working relationships to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Your availability across all business days and hours is critical to our service,

What you’ll be doing

Ensuring Customer services are scheduled in a timely manner, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient use of resources, according to our Customers’ needs
Provide timely notification to Customers in relation to alterations to schedules where necessary
Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure annual/sick/other leave is effectively managed to ensure Customers are not impacted
Achieve results in a skilled, diverse and engaged manner that positively responds to change and deadlines.
Proactively investigating issues and working collaboratively to provide effective solutions
Performing administration and reporting activities, to ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements

You will bring to the team

A passion for exceptional customer service, along with a friendly and confident phone manner
Highly developed organisational skills
Flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment and a willingness to learn
The ability to work under pressure, whilst remaining a motivated team player
Possess a high level of computer literacy and be comfortable with a range of software packages
A sound understanding of administrative office systems and customer service practices.
A demonstrated genuine commitment to helping older ageing people retain their independence so they can remain at home in the community
In addition, the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads, along with previous customer service experience is essential.
