About Community Continence Services

Come and join the multidisciplinary service that provides evidence based care for one of Melbourne's fastest growing regions. The Health Independence Program (HIP) funded Continence Service is an innovative multidisciplinary team who will welcome your fresh ideas and approaches. You will work with one of the largest continence teams in Victoria. Based across three sites, you will have opportunities to work with and learn from a variety of health professionals, including geriatricians, senior physiotherapists, nursing and dietitician in a supportive environment. Wednesday is a preferred working day.

About the Role

Senior clinician physiotherapist position, which requires a driven and innovative person.

  • Manage complex continence clients across the episode of care

  • Drive quality and research within the physiotherapy and broader continence team

  • Supervise junior staff and contribute to peer based learning

About You

You are an experienced physiotherapist with sound continence knowledge and expertise. You work well within a team and are active contributor; driving quality improvements within your previous roles.

What you need:

  • Current AHPRA registration

  • Post-Graduate Certificate in Continence Management

  • Previous experience within a similar role

  • Previous experience supervising junior staff
