The Royal Melbourne Hospital

As one of the largest health services in Victoria, and a team of more than 10,000 strong, we provide a comprehensive range of specialist medical, surgical, and mental health services; as well as rehabilitation, aged care, outpatient and community programs. We are a designated state-wide provider for services including trauma, and we lead centres of excellence for tertiary services in several key specialties including neurosciences, nephrology, oncology, cardiology and virtual health.

Your new team

The Broadmeadows Adult Acute Inpatient Unit - Mental Health is a unit where the patients are rapidly assessed and are admitted from the Emergency Department or direct from community services.

  • A team working together to deliver high quality best practice care to our patients

  • Ateam that is supportive and collaborative

  • A unit where the patient is the centre of our team

  • Wanting a customer-focused person to help in maintaining the integrity of the unit

Your success in this role, will be in your ability to

  • Work within a collaborative team

  • Maintain the integrity of patient information and data

  • Work a rotating roster across morning and afternoon shifts 7 days per week

  • Manage medical computer software including IPM and EPIC

  • Mastery on a computer with exceptional skills in Microsoft Office
