JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to an internal promotion we are seeking applications for a newly created position in the Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruitment Administrator your role will provide administration support to the Talent Acquisition team. To be successful in this role you will be meticulous about detail, thrive when working in a busy environment, love reporting and also have a keen interest in forging a career in HR.

You will be joining a close knit, dedicated. experienced Talent Acquisition team which will provide you with the foundations to continue to grow your career in Talent Acquisition and HR. This position will suit a new HR Graduate or someone ready to take a step into HR and is initially being offered as a permanent full time role working Monday-Friday in our Epping office.

About the role: Your duties will be, but not limited to,

  • Administration: Provide quality administration support to the Talent Acquisition Team team through the delivery of accurate and professional documentation. This includes collating of pre-employment documentation, managing our Recruitment inbox and reporting for the organization.

  • Team work and culture: This position will support the Talent Acquisition team and work very closely with People and Culture. You will be required to contribute positively to team work to achieve operational outcomes, and promote a positive SCC workplace culture in alignment with SCC Values, Mission and Vision.

  • Stakeholder relationships: This position is required to liaise and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external to ensure effective and efficient workflow.

  • Work Health and Safety (WHS): This position is required to comply with and contribute to Work Health and Safety policies and procedures

What are we looking for:

  • Qualification in Human Resources or similar (desirable)
  • High level attention to detail
  • Experience in a similar administrative position (desirable)
  • Good time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Advanced computer skills with demonstrated abilities in MS Office especially excel
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Prior experience in Aged care/Health care and/or Not-for-profit will be appreciated
