Your success in this role, will be in your ability to

Provide administration support for patients and clinicians

Provide a high level of customer service including management of telephone enquiries from patients related to referrals and appointments

Responsible for the provision of accurate data entry

Adhere to the Specialist Clinics Access Policy 2015

Your Contribution

Highly developed customer service and interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal communication skills, including professional telephone manner

Demonstrated computer skills, including accurate keyboard skills

Demonstrated initiative and ability to prioritise and problem solve
