Operations Manager Customer Service - AgeWell Centres

Newly created management role
Full time based in Forest Hill

About the role:
A rewarding opportunity exists for a dynamic individual to join our AgeWell Centres management team, and work in conjunction with the Director to lead the development and operational management of innovative and client directed onboarding services to older people and their families living in the community. This position will have management of AgeWell Customer Service Centre and Administration Services across 5 Centres in Melbourne.

Experience developing & implementing a central intake service in home care or associated sectors
Understanding of my aged care and government funded services
Experience in the development and implementation of fee for service models
Experience developing a central booking service for practitioner visits - either in centres or for 1:1 visits
Experience and understanding of activity based & billable hours environments
Experience in working with and or introducing new processes and systems to support efficient and effective work
Strong analytical skills
Experience in KPI setting/measurement
Report writing skills
Demonstrated experience & understanding in delivering client outcomes
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a successful team
Commitment to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)
Are willing to work within the ethos of the Uniting Church

You will need:
A current Working With Children’s Check
Full Australian working rights
A current Police Records Check or be willing to undertake this process
A current flu vaccination and be prepared to meet this annual requirement
