    This opportunity is to join our well-established Corporate Services team where you will manage the front office procedures which include answering and directing incoming calls, general clerical duties, manage mail and courier deliveries, management of general office equipment, assisting with the organisation of events and functions, stationery purchases, allocation and management of meeting rooms. You will report directly to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and provide occasional administration support to the Chief Sales and Marketing Office and Chief Information Officer.

    Skills and Experience

    The successful applicant will have:

    • Professional experience in reception and administration work within corporate services, ideally within a similar role
    • A warm, friendly demeanor and the ability to relate to older people
    • Excellent switchboard skills with a professional phone manner and calm tone
    • Exceptional personal presentation with a professional manner
    • Experience in organising general office functions and processes
    • Effective written and succinct communication skills
    • Sound computer skills particularly in MS Office, database management and web-based programs
    • Proven ability to be trustworthy, reliable with a high level of discretion


    • Business or Administration qualification
    • Previous experience in health care or aged care
    • Experience in working with all levels of Management
