Workplace location

Our Regis Brighton residential aged care home is a 65 bed Club Services home that offers hotel-style services. Located in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs and with public transport close by, the home is located 6 minutes from the local beach, contributing to a relaxing work environment.

About the role

The Club Services Manager is responsible for the 'concierge' activities relating to Regis Club Services and the management of the delivery of the Club Services product. The two key elements of the role is to ensure residents and family members have one point for customer contact and the coordination and facilitation of the sales process within the residential aged care home.

This role is very hands on and includes ensuring delivery of all the Club Service commitments. As the Club Services Manager you will have significant interface with all other facility functions (lifestyle, clinical, catering, maintenance, admin, support services). You will also manage enquiries and resident sales and be involved in the admission and welcome process. This will include tours of the facility for potential customers, ongoing follow ups and the final sales process.

Please note- this role is being offered on a part time basis working 3 days per week, full time hours.

Duties & Responsibilities

Management and coordination of sales; tours, enquiries, enquiry follow up, coordination of open days, admissions and welcome process.
Ability to confidently manage day-to-day resident and family queries
Effective management of service levels and customer service including assisting team members to deliver on customer service promises
Administration and Budget Management
Ability to build productive working relationships across various arms of an organisation

About you

This is the role for you if you are an empathetic communicator and passionate about the value of good customer service.
Your approach to your work is mature and professional with a combination of customer service ethos and commercial focus.
You have a strong understanding of the sales and marketing disciplines.
The role does require use of multiple systems and updating information, so it is essential that you are also thorough and meticulous in your documentation.

Mandatory requirements for all candidates

Consistent with State and Territory public health orders and with Regis’ mandatory vaccination policy, all candidates must produce evidence that they have received the current (i.e. 2021) seasonal influenza vaccination or medical evidence to Regis’s satisfaction of an accepted clinical contraindication to receiving the influenza vaccination
Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia
Valid National Police Check (Full disclosure or standard disclosure)
