About The Client

This longstanding not for profit organisation employs thousands of people nationally and pride themselves on being an ‘Employer of Choice’. As one of the largest national health and aged care providers they provide a broad range of services to Australia’s aged care population.

About The Role

Due to growth, they are now seeking an Administration/Customer Service Officers to join the team. This contract position will run for a minimum of 3 months with daily responsibilities including:

  • Managing incoming calls
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients
  • Managing client information
  • Updating client details
  • Uploading referrals
  • Contacting clients with service information
About You

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • A warm and welcoming telephone manner
  • A customer centric work approach
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Organised with strong time management skills
  • A high attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Available to commence early April
  • Previous Aged Care or Not for Profit experience desirable not essential!
