About the opportunity

An exciting, 6-month full time contract opportunity for a Momentum Continuous Improvement Analyst has risen within Bupa.

The purpose of the Momentum Continuous Improvement Analyst role is to ensure the continued improvement of the Momentum platform, Bupa’s Customer Survey Feedback Management Platform using Medallia technology.

Reporting into the Momentum Product Owner and Relationship Manager, the main responsibilities are listed below:

Key responsibilities:

Identifying and leading implementation of improvement opportunities to further develop and enhance Momentum’s capabilities.

Ensuring a customer and business centric lens when identifying potential updates and will work with the broader Insights & NPS team to ensure updates are aligned to business needs.

Playing a lead role in optimising the set-up of the Momentum platform to ensure it is future-proofed, investigating solutions to stakeholder platform requests, whilst also proactively exploring opportunities for improvement to the current set-up.

Ensuring the platform is continually maximised to surface relevant, timely and actionable customer insights to drive improved customer experiences across all our businesses, and the foundational set-up of the platform allows for low effort introduction of new capability.

Upskilling and knowledge transfer to members of the Insights and NPS team to embed and foster an ongoing culture of self -serve within the Momentum platform. This role will also help drive value from Bupa’s Medallia investment and improve the configuration or the platform so that it easily unlocks insights from the data


Technical Knowledge of the Medallia platform (or other Customer Experience platforms e.g. Maritz).

A customer mindset, demonstrating achievement at delivering customer outcomes in a quantifiable way

Experience and proficiency working with Net Promoter systems.

Experience in identifying, quantifying, articulating and prioritising business improvement opportunities within a reporting platform.

In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of various customer-led process improvement tools and methodologies.

Proven ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.

An understanding of research principles and best practice, particularly within Data Visualisation.

Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline would be an advantage.
