About the business

Moore Speech Pathology is a family owned and run company that strives to provide the best quality service to our clients and help them feel safe and secure. We are based on the Central Coast and have a dedicated team of administration staff and Speech Pathologists who work closely with clients and their families to deliver a range of services to support their communication and swallowing needs.

About the role

The position is a full-time position with a partial caseload to start and build at your own pace. The successful applicant would be required to assess children and adults as well as develop, plan and deliver therapy services in a range of settings (e.g. home, school, nursing home, day care). The applicant would also be comfortable with delivering group therapy. 

Applicants will have the passion to work with all adults and children with all levels of communication and swallowing impairments. 

The applicant will also be comfortable and happy travelling around the Central Coast area.

Skills and experience

  • Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
  • Current Membership of Speech Pathology Australia
  • Eligibility for Medicare Provider Status
  • Paediatric and adult Speech Pathology experience – new grads encouraged to apply
  • Current Police Check and Working with Children's Check
  • Current driver's license and vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of our team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A commitment to learning and Evidence-Based Practice
