About the role

Within the framework of the mission, vision, values, philosophy and policies of the Calvary, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director, Staff Specialists and the Department of Radiation Oncology.

What you bring

  • Demonstrated experienced in the provision of secretarial and administration support services at a senior management level, including the ability to prepare agendas, take minutes and format complex business documents
  • Ability to work unsupervised and provide a demonstrated record of self-directed work practices.
  • Ability to work flexibly, organise and prioritise a diverse workload, work proficiently in periods of high demand and activity and execute duties with high attention to detail.
