The role of the Administration Manager is responsible to provide direction to administrative and clerical staff in the coordination and management of physical and human resources to ensure services are provided in timely and efficient manner. The role will ensure the development of a team-based approach for the administrative and clerical team, ensuring that their performance is supported by relevant training, skill diversification and professional development.

  • Permanent Part time
  • Location: Primarily based at Wyndham Clinic rotating to Saltwater Clinic weekly
  • Provide leadership to MMH administration officers to ensure all requirements are met

  • Able to supervise and lead staff effectively

  • Ability to manage relationships
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to problem solve to deal with a wide range of issues
  • Drivers Licence essential
  • Undertake Police Check and Working with Children Check
