NDIA have partnered with HealthStrong to provide a new service for Australians which will enable NDIS assessments in the comfort of their own home.

As a chosen partner to pilot this valuable service and then scale implementation, HealthStrong is looking for committed and enthusiastic Allied Health Practitioners to be a part of our journey in diversification and expansion of our business by joining to help grow and shape this program which fully commences delivering services in July 2021.

Your Opportunity

As an Intake Officer you will be the front-facing part of our NDIA business, responsible for creating an organised & efficient participant experience with booking their Independent Assessor (IA). You will;

Manage inbound and outbound calls, assisting participants with IA scheduling
Complete administration and follow up tasks such as booking appointments, managing inboxes and sending collateral
Provide support to all participants for the duration of the NDIA program, through multiple avenues
Escalate any concerns for patient safety and wellbeing or complaints through relevant channels
Provide high quality customer service, responding to any questions or queries about the programs and appropriately manage objections to program participation

Please Note: Shifts run 8am-6pm local time on either a random or fixed shift basis.

What will set you apart from the rest?

In order to be a successful applicant for the Intake Officer Position you will have excellent communication skills & previous call centre experience, alongside:

Strong time management and organisational skills
Be a problem-solver who can effectively handle objections
High attention to detail
Be a team player with a focus on service and delivery
Possess advanced computer skills (MS Suite), with an accurate and fast typing speed (minimum 30wpm)
