McArthur is a leading provider in the Aged Care and Disability sector, paving its way as the go-to-partner for staffing support services.

We have regular and on-going work, requiring committed care workers who can build rapport, support our client's wellbeing, and enrich their quality of life.

The western suburbs are beautiful with open spaces and lush greenery.

About the role?

  • Provide one to one In Home Care for Aged Care/ Vulnerable clients
  • Be committed to short-shifts of 1hour to 3hours
  • Potential to work multiple shifts per day, 24hours/ 7 days a week
  • Drive your own car between shifts
  • Personal care/Domestic care/ Respite Care/ Transport/ Shopping and Support services

Experience and Requirements

  • Cert 3 Individual Support or Diploma or Nursing (minimum requirements)
  • Current Drivers license, reliable care + insurance
  • Current police check, working with children's check WWCC
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications
  • Flu Immunisation
  • Reliable and Flexible approach with an empathic and caring personality
  • Encourage the independency our clients are needing to live at home
  • Ability to speak a second language is advantageous; Italian, Greek, Polish, Arabic, Vietnamese, Mandarin/Cantonese etc
