The Location
As the Regional Maintenance Manager – QLD South, you would be overseeing the building maintenance of our 6 QLD South Facilities, as well as supporting the Maintenance Officer based at each site. The QLD South facility locations can be viewed via this link: https://mckenzieacg.com/locations and includes CapellaBay, Seaton Place, The Terraces, Sandbrook, Raffles and Heritage Lodge.

The Job
This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your trade background, further develop your leadership skills and be part of a dynamic team. The role will involve preventative and reactive maintenance, project work, problem solving of maintenance issues and contractor management.

You bring: a background in maintenance, experience leading and managing a team, an unrestricted driver's licence with the ability to travel across multiple sites, fabulous communication and team work skills, basic computer skills and a passion for making a difference.

Experience in the aged care or healthcare industry is highly desired.
