Full Time Fixed Term, 12 month position

Your success in this role, will be in your ability to

Focus on embedding the principles of your safety first, to ensure that the workplace environment is working towards minimising the risks of occupational aggression.

Support the Security Safety Strategy and OVA Framework in consultation with stakeholders and the OVA and security teams

Make high quality recommendations in respect of the analysis of intelligence and statistical data, identification and evaluation of emerging patterns and trends in crime, violence and safety incidents across the RMH sites

Identify behaviours of concern (BOC) and undertake daily analysis of security hot spot data

Be responsible for service improvement initiatives in reducing the risks associated with OVA

Liaise with and develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as Victoria Police in order to obtain assistance in the provision of timely and accurate intelligence

Your Contribution

Experience in research and analysis and preferably knowledge of or experience in, intelligence analysis, criminology, criminal justice, technology

Well-developed written and oral communication skills and proven ability to plan and organise work and produce high quality results

Well-developed conceptual and analytical skills including the ability to review a variety of information and identify trends, patterns and issues and provide advice

An understanding of customer service requirements of the position and demonstrated record of strong commitment and achievement in meeting customer needs

Current Victorian Drivers Licence

Experience in a Healthcare environment (desirable)
