Home Care Package / Business Development Manager - Gold Coast

Home Care/Community Manager with exceptional business development skills required!

The key objective of this role is to oversee the Home Care Packages within the organisation but also really focus on the Business Development side of things. The provider is looking to grow their HCP's and require someone with excellent networking and rapport-building skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record with Home Care/Community Aged Care Management
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Development within Aged Care - essential!
  • Ability to network and build rapports in the community
  • An individual who is goal orientated
  • Someone with good financial knowledge and business acumen
  • High personal and professional ethical standards
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience in leading and coaching a small team of staff.
