JOB DESCRIPTION

Blue Care are pleased to invite applications for the newly-created role of Resource and Reporting Analyst, as part of our Resource Management Team.

Working within the Resource Management Team (RMT), Quality Assurance Team, you will provide analysis, reporting and support to the resource management function across Aged Care and Community Services, to understand the financial and operational performance of areas of business through the development and preparation of financial and other management reporting.

In this diverse role, you’ll:

  • Collate and analyse the business KPI’s for monthly reporting, and assist in the development and formulation of benchmarks/KPI’s, as identified.
  • Ensure all reporting requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and improvement of reporting data.
  • Work with the RMT Quality Assurance Manager to develop effective workforce forecasting methodology with knowledge of relevant inputs (e.g. campaign activity, funding sources) to meet forecasted customer service demand.
  • Work collectively with RMT Quality Assurance Manager, the RMT Managers to develop monthly reporting, analysing trends and variances for regular reporting.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the end-to-end resource management processes.
  • Liaise with RMT Quality Assurance Manager to develop identified improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective risk management strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Liaise with the Business and Financial Services to ensure that all policies and practices are appropriate and are being complied with.

This position can be based in one of our offices in either:

  • Cairns
  • Gold Coast area
  • Toowoomba
  • Caboolture/Morayfield area
  • Ipswich area
  • Brisbane South

Your skills & experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in finance, business, management (or other related field) or experience working in a similar role for at least two years.
  • Demonstrable financial and statistical analysis experience and data manipulation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with sound financial management skills.
  • Ability to deliver a consistent, professional customer focused service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously.

Experience working within rostering and scheduling environment as well as an understanding of commercial and legal principles relating to the health sector and the not for profit sector are highly desirable
