What you'll be doing
Provision of accurate, timely and efficient high level intake/triage and scheduling of all ACAT/RAS referrals received via My Aged Care. Other duties include assisting with customer, client and service provider inquiries, electronic medical record registration and data entry.

How to Apply

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible. * Demonstrated experience providing high level administrative services in the Aged Care Sector

  • Demonstrated experience of the My Aged Care System including an understanding of the role of the Aged Care Assessment Team and Regional Assessment Service
  • Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, including customer service skills
  • Demonstrated high level competency of computer skills including data entry, word processing, eMR, and a thorough working knowledge of the My Aged Care portals
  • Demonstrated high level of organisational skills with an ability to set priorities within defined time frames and monitor/achieve workflow outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of a multi-disciplinary team with minimal supervision
  • Understanding of confidentiality and privacy issues
  • Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment
