Where you will be working

Corowa Health Service is a 55 bed facility including 31 residential aged care, 18 acute, 3 ED and 1 Resuscitation bed.

Services include acute, medical, emergency, surgical and aged care. There are also a range of community health nursing and allied health services including physiotherapy, OT, dietetics, speech pathology and drug and alcohol counselling are also provided onsite.

About the Opportunity

Registered Nurses with a minimum of two years acute experience are encouraged to apply to be part of our Emergency Department Development program where you will be responsible for providing safe, compassionate person centred care through the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of emergency nursing care

Where no two days are the same, our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Passion for providing outstanding services to our patients and families
  • The ability and confidence to work autonomously
  • Previous nursing experience across different fields, including two years minimum experience in Emergency Department
  • A current AHPRA registration
