JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Risk and Projects Advisor to join our Risk and Projects team, working on a permanent full time basis at Brightwater House, Osborne Park.

Reporting to the Risk and Projects Manager you will this position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to deliver a systematic approach to effective risk management and business continuity, while assisting to drive strategic change improvements.


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience in providing high-level administrative support implementing and maintaining complex and detail-orientated systems such as risk management, business continuity and project management.
  • Highly organised professional with the ability to multi-task, plan and manage work processes involving multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines and can demonstrate stability of performance under pressure.
  • Results-orientated individual who actively identifies opportunities for quality improvement in all duties.
  • Strong administrative, investigative and problem solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft applications, including MS Teams.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work autonomously with minimal instruction and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Aged care, health industry, or service orientated experience (desirable).
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than 12 months old
  • Evidence of up to date flu vaccination
