Position Summary

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established, renowned and leading organisation within the Aged Care and Health Care sectors. The role sits within our Remuneration Services function, comprising of Payroll and Benefits Packaging teams. The role will largely be responsible for managing the end to end payroll requirements within our Hospitals service line.

  • Permanent Full Time
  • Richmond location, close to transport
  • Utilise your vast payroll experience to manage payroll requirements within our extensive Hospital business across Vic and NSW
  • Join a close knit, professional team committed to delivering accurate and timely services to our stakeholders within a dynamic and evolving business environment
  • Work closely and effectively with Service Managers at site and wider support functions such as Site Administration, HR and Finance


About You
  • Strong payroll experience gained within the Health Care sectors is essential
  • Strong experience working across different types of industrial instruments including Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements
  • Experience working with rostering systems. for example Roster On, would be highly advantageous
  • Well developed communication skills are a must
  • Structured and organised approach to managing workload
  • Practical and structured approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work well and constructively within and across teams located both onsite and offsite
  • High aptitude for coping with change related activities such as technology implementations and the like
