Signature Care presents an exciting opportunity to shape the service delivery of aged care into the future during a period of significant change.

Located in Narangba, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team in this new role as HR Administrator. Initially this role is for a fixed term, three month period but it may be extended due to the unprecedented growth in our business.

This role is responsible for providing HR administrative support to our two new aged care sites in Narangba and Jimboomba which includes:

  • Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of employee files, including compliance of associated documents
  • Assisting with recruitment process and employment contracts
  • Monitoring of employees clocking in/out
  • Assisting with coordinating training programs including on-board inductions
  • Providing support to the Residential Managers and the Administration Officers of the two sites.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Payroll and Human Resource and Administration role (or similar) or a HR Graduate with similar work experience.
  • Previous experience with with aged care or the health sector will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to prepare documents such as employee contracts
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident with multiple systems as well as Microsoft suite
  • Ability to respond to enquiries and issues in a professional, confidential and efficient manner
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with staff and managers
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
