Our client, a quality aged care and retirement service organisation is looking for a Rostering Clerk

Techforce Personnel Pty Ltd is a National recruitment agency and project management firm specialising in recruitment across all professional services industries.

We are looking for a suitable Rostering Clerk to provide rostering support to the Home Care team.

This role is hands-on and you will be required to work with internal & external stakeholders to manage rosters, communicate information to clients and staff and finding solutions while working in a busy team environment

We are seeking a customer focused individual with strong attention to detail and high level organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities include:
- Rostering services to internal stakeholders based on their requests
- Maintain data bases and update customer and staff records
- Book Agencies
- Communicate and negotiate with staff and internal stakeholders regarding service/shift times to ensure adherence to schedule
- Identify and deliver the right solutions based on the organisation Support/Agency matrix
- Manage Community out of hours on call requests as per work instruction logging handover/feedback in systems as instructed
- Maintain accuracy of all customer information and service data.
- Supports change management activities

Skills required:

- Strong Communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work closely with clients and colleagues
- Sound interpersonal skills and the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision, whilst taking ownership of own workload to meet deadlines.
- Proficient computer and keyboard skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and in-house databases)
- Experience with CIM Software would be an advantage but not essential
- A basic knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Standards as are applicable to the role.
