Our Policy, Program & Evaluation Advisory (PP&E) team in Brisbane is looking for an exceptional candidate to join our Aged Care specialist team at the Senior Consultant level.

Our goal is to provide our clients with the full suite of capabilities required to drive high value, sustainable aged care transformation business services. No other firm combines the data, methods and practical experience in services delivery with the broad, global transformation capabilities that KPMG brings to its clients.

Your Opportunity

You will enjoy contributing as part of a team who are passionate about supporting clients to deliver outcomes and drive transformational change. You will:

  • Enjoy collaborating and contributing with a wide range of clients across aged care sector.
  • Have a strong focus on financial management, forecasting and analytics, with the ability to adapt and respond to broader focus areas based on the varied needs of our clients.
  • Support to the team in developing a wide range of client deliverables, including industry insights, business case development, options analysis, market or competitor analysis and financial feasibility.
  • Utilise your excellent communication skills to build effective working relationships with your colleagues and clients.
  • Assist with project management activities through development of management tools such as project plans and status updates.
  • Developing and fostering Client Relationships - Working directly with clients and alongside a diverse range of professionals to understand client challenges and build trust.
  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude and be willing to learn and adapt to the changing and challenging environment that Management Consulting provides.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

  • 1-2 years’ experience working in aged care sector is essential.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above required.
  • 2-3 years of finance / accounting related experience, with financial modelling and analytics experience highly desirable.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies is advantageous.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to multi-task: take minutes, track actions, develop reports.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills coupled with excellent attention to detail.
  • An ability to build positive working relationships easily and develop stakeholder relationships with ease.
  • Competence in Microsoft Outlook Packages: PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
