JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Platform Support Analyst (until 31 Decemeber 2021)

Position Summary:

Lead activities in regard to the customer interface to the DIME Data Platform.

Support the Deployment and operations of reporting and analytics products on the platform.

Undertake root cause analysis, product changes and input into design and development of products.

Responsibilities: 

  • Consult and understand client needs in eragrd to data and analytics objectives\requirements, lead discussions\workshops, analysis, options and provide recommendations for solution fixes or enhancement.
  • Contribute to operations planning and management, work with Delivery\Project managers to facilitate hand over to production including resourcing, , risks\issues and maintenance, solve technical problems constraining delivery and report status.
  • Maintain informative and succinct documentation on requirements, processes, architecture designs etc in a shared knowledge base.
  • Proactively contribute to develop\uplift data platform and engineering body of knowledge, standards, methods and approaches.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate with development team members and customers.
  • Attend relevant team meetings and meetings with other teams within the response to stay updated on developments and cultivate opportunities for collaboration between teams.
  • Provide updates on routine reporting and other ad hoc requests to the Pod Lead and unit managers.
