As the Director of Operations for NSW/QLD you will oversee 16 homes across both NSW & QLD. In this role you will be a part of the key Operational Leadership team responsible for providing operational leadership to your General Managers, Operations Managers and Allity Services Business Partners. You will lead the implementation of our mission and purpose through optimizing opportunities and resources.

You will be responsible for the effective delivery of the Allity service model realising resident, customer care, business and people related objectives using strong change management, leadership, execution and organizational skills.

About The Role
  • At all times you strive to maintain and enhance residents’ health and well-being, capabilities, independence, choice, privacy, dignity and safety to make every day the best it can be.
  • You are a senior advisor to the Executive Leadership Team by demonstrating a unique understanding about the opportunity and risks within every home in your Business Unit.
  • You enhance your Business Unit’s experience through coaching of network leadership teams, promoting connection and sharing of projects between Networks and Allity Services.
  • You ensure achievement of the Operations Plan and KPI’s in your Business Unit.
  • You demonstrate agility and efficiency in achieving operational results through your network leadership teams.
  • You collaborate with your Operations Managers and Business Partners to identify and develop talent and succession across your Business Unit.

  • Proven operational health leadership experience
  • Organised and analytical, achieving results through skillful problem solving and personal influence and team leadership
  • Strategic and commercial, skillful at identifying opportunities and outcomes driven
  • Exceptional relationship and facilitation skills
