About the Role

The FibroScan Administration Assistant provides administration for all Monash Health FibroScan Outpatient Clinics. This is a key role within the Gastroenterology Unit, providing a customer focused service to patients and their families. Working in a busy team based environment, the FibroScan Administration Assistant provides efficient and effective clerical support to the Gastroenterology Team. The FibroScan Administration Assistant contributes to optimum patient care and actively contributes to the functioning of the Gastroenterology Unit and FibroScan Clinics.

About You

If you have a high level of organisational and time management skills and the ability to function calmly, systematically and efficiently with several streams of concurrent activity then this is the position for you. The FibroScan Administration Clerk position will also teach you new skills and build on skills you already have.


What you need:



  • current working with children’s check

  • to be able to work well in a team environment

  • preferred experience with Medicare billing, but not essential

  • previous experience in a similar position
