    The Role

    Our finance team is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for this ongoing full-time role. You will report to the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and be responsible for:

    • Primarily supporting the Home Care business and supporting Residential and Retirement Living as required
    • Preparation of month end and year end processing ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial data
    • Analysis and interpretation of results including trend analysis and commentaries clearly explaining key performance drivers and insight into monthly and year to date results
    • Preparing and distributing monthly management reports including commentary on key trends and variances
    • Participation in annual external audit process and assistance with Annual statutory accounts
    • Assistance with ownership of all balance sheet balances and initiate correction of any discrepancies
    • Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for Royal Freemasons within the defined timelines and requirements
    • Business Partnering with Operations to assist them in understanding the results for the month and ensuring that financial and operational targets are met

    Skills and Experience

    The successful applicant will have:

    • Tertiary qualifications in Finance
    • CA or CPA Qualified or Studying
    • Aged Care industry experience required; Home Care experience highly desirable
    • Advanced Excel
    • Experience in business partnering, preparation of budgets and forecasting desirable
