About the Role

Monash Health Bureau is seeking experienced Switchboard Operators to work in the Monash Health Contact Centre located at Monash Clayton to join the casual bank. You will be dealing with most incoming calls and the hospital emergency codes. Shifts are available 24 hours 7 days a week including public holidays.

  • Do you have experience in the switchboard environment?

  • Do you have knowledge of the NEC Multi-Sync System?

  • Do you have well developed communication and computer skills?


Have you completed Medical Terminology training, this would be an advantage


Monash Health Bureau provide 7 day support from 0530-2200 hours, where our team members answer your questions.
