Salary: $64,377.92 - $90,394.15 base salary per annaum

Position Summary:
A vacancy exists in the above unit for a highly motivated Registered Nurse with appropriate knowledge and skills to join our friendly and supportive team. Our progressive and innovative team offers development opportunities for our staff and a caring environment for the delivery of high quality patient centred care. The successful applicant will be expected to be able to provide excellence in safe clinical care, whilst maintaining a high level of engagement with a vulnerable patient group.

St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney Medical Imaging and Interventional Radiology Department offers a range of diagnostic and interventional radiology services to inpatients and outpatients. Our department carries out procedures using the lowest possible radiation dose. Some of our subspecialty imaging areas include Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal, Oncology, Interventional Radiology and MRI guided Focused Ultrasound used to treat essential tremors.

The hours of work are currently Monday to Friday, with future potential to extend business hours to include Mon - Fri evening shifts and weekend day shifts. The successful candidate would be expected to participate in on-call after hours, following a suitable induction period.
