As part of InteliCare’s growth strategy, there is an exciting new opportunity for a Business Development Executive to be based in Melbourne or Sydney in a stand-alone role. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the focus will be on developing the B2B channels which includes government, insurance, aged care, and other healthcare providers.

This position will be well suited to a hands-on BD professional who has a genuine passion and connection to see this product catapult the care industry beyond what it is today.

Key Responsibilities

  • Articulate and demonstrate InteliCare’s solution to the varying B2B channels
  • Continue to develop the go to market and sales strategy to underpin segment growth
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish to with high levels of service and commercial benefit
  • Execute the InteliCare bid management process and be accountable for submission
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline by developing new opportunities and nurturing existing customers
  • Transition news customers smoothly and successfully to the Customer Experience team
  • Collaborate with developers, product, and marketing teams to provide customer feedback and improve the technology roadmap
  • Update the CRM system to ensure rolling monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts are to target
  • Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and roadshows to ensure brand presence is maintained


Key Skills And Experience
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience ideally in technology or solution-based products
  • A demonstrated track record of success within aged care, government, insurance, and or health care providers
  • Strong commercial acumen with an ability to negotiate and craft sales agreements
  • A creative thinker with a talent for sales, marketing, and product development
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, particularly at C-Suite and Leadership level
  • A passion for technology and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to travel nationally as and when it’s safe to do so
