Part-Time Position

(60-82 hours a fortnight)

Position Information:

We have an exciting an opportunity for a passionate and experienced Care Coordinator to join RFBI Kurri Kurri Masonic Village team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing client centred clinical assessments for our residents
  • Develop, maintain and review personalised care plans for residents
  • Work with a passionate team to coordinate and deliver high quality care
  • Assist and consult with the Care Manager in setting objectives and goals for the care staff
  • Mentor and supervise care staff
  • Liaise with medical practitioners and other allied health professionals and maintain strong ongoing relationships

What we look for:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (desirable)
  • 2+ years previous experience in Aged Care (desirable)
  • Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of iCare (desirable)
  • Knowledge of aged care legislation, accreditation and ACFI will be highly regarded
  • Excellent people and clinical skills
  • Genuine passion to care for the elderly
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
