Kalyra is looking for an administrative superstar to join our Help at Home team in Belair supporting our growing client base. As South Australia’s Aged Care Provider of the Year 2019, we take pride in being able to assist clients to continue living independently in their own home.

The person we are looking for will highly possess organisation skills, attention to detail, initiative, problem solving abilities, be process driven, and enjoy working in a team. Your role will involve a wide range of administrative tasks to help support our Community Coordinators in their role and helping others to ensure everything is running smoothly.

To be successful in this role:

  • Relevant certificate qualifications are desirable but not essential.
  • Proven sound administration skills and ability to use all office technology (including the ability to work with a range of software applications, particularly accounting software and Microsoft Excel).
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing quality service and implementing continuous improvement.
  • Ability to plan work and to work to established priorities.
