St Vincent's Care Services (SVCS) Kew is a brand new contemporary boutique care residencelocated in one ofMelbourne's most prestigious suburbs and only 6 kms from the CBD. Our 135 bed facility offers excellence in a truly unique tailored person centred care model.SVCS is one of the only aged care providers, which is part of a wider hospital network, the St Vincent Health Australia network, and we have a unique clinical advantage.

We are recruiting for Senior Administration and Roster Coordinator to commence work in July 2021.

You will be responsible for ensuring the administration service delivery is consistently maintained at a high standard ensuring that the person centred culture is at the heart of all that we do. You will also develop and maintain the roster to ensure the right mix of skills is consistently maintained for our consumers and ensure the roster accurately reflects the needs of our consumers and complies with legislative requirements.

Successful Applicants Will Share a Genuine Desire To Care And Assist Consumers With a Strong Person-centred Care Focus And Will Need To Demonstrate
  • Elite communication and people skills;
  • GREAT customer service skills;
  • Previous rostering experience;
  • Solid IT skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn;
  • Self-Motivated and resilient;
  • Ability to take on information quickly, take action and adapt to change;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems;
  • National Criminal History Check (less than 6 months old);
  • Flu vaccination and willing to obtain annually.
