Both of these options remain valid for a period of six (6) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.

Position Profile: This role will provide strategic leadership and direction for the North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) Integrity function to establish a culture of professional integrity and ethical standards across all levels of the organisation. You will be required to lead the development and implementation of a NMHS Integrity Governance Framework, Strategy and associated initiatives to build organisational capacity in managing and addressing integrity matters.

You will be required to lead and direct the activities of the NMHS Integrity teams: Integrity Assessment and Case Management, Investigations and Integrity Education & Corruption Prevention. You will also provide primary decision-making authority for discipline matters on behalf of the NMHS.

Area Profile: North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) comprises an extensive hospital and health service network that aims to maintain and improve the health and wellbeing of approximately 28% of Western Australia's total population within a catchment area of almost 1,000 square kilometres.

In serving our population, the NMHS provides a combination of tertiary, secondary and specialist health care services including trauma, emergency and critical care; emergency and elective surgery; general medical; mental health; inpatient and outpatient services; women and newborn services; rehabilitation; aged care; palliative care; public health and dental services. NMHS comprises a mix of hospitals including: Sir Charles Gairdner; Osborne Park; Graylands; King Edward Memorial; as well as managing a Public Private Partnership arrangement for Joondalup Health Campus.
