Kinder Caring is urgently looking for experienced Support Workers, Assistant in Nursing, or Care Workers who are available for immediate work opportunities in Southeast Melbourne, VIC.

About you

  • Reliable, hardworking, compassionate, and experienced.
  • Able to work autonomously to meet client needs.
  • Committed to providing clients with the best care and maintaining client dignity & choice.
  • Able to provide personal care, domestic assistance, and companionship to our clients.

What is required?

  • 1- 2 years of experience as a Support Worker, Assistant in Nursing, Care Worker, or similar role
  • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Disability Care/Aged Care/Individual Support (completed or working towards completing is highly desirable)
  • Regular background checks (Police Check, First Aid, CPR, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening check)
