We have an exciting position for qualified Occupational Therapists who has experience in delivering community and clinic-based services across NDIS, Occupational Rehabilitation, and age care settings – If you have it all, then you could be our person!

As a high performing Occupational Therapist, you will be able to proactively contribute to a team and help the business excel. You will work autonomously whilst having the support of a strong team environment. You will be comfortable with simultaneously running a fast-paced caseload, nurturing client relationships, and applying best practice strategies and processes, using case management technologies.

You must be passionate about working with clients requiring services across different environments including homes, schools, and community programs. Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • You will be delivering community and clinic-based services across NDIS, Occupational Rehabilitation, and age care settings.
  • You will assess clients with a wide range of acute and chronic disorders and implementing effective Occupational Therapy programs and interventions.
  • You will maintain documentation in a professional and confidential manner and in accordance with company policies.
  • You will effectively communicate with staff members, health professionals, clients, and family with regards to provision of Occupational Therapy services.

About you

  • You have strong understanding in NDIS or clinical OT delivery
  • You have strong communication, writing skills with an ability to build rapport
  • You have 3-5 years’ experience in clinical or community-based OT
  • You currently work without any professional restrictions
  • You are registered with AHPRA
  • You have a specialist skill such as driving, seating, cognitive
  • You have a driver’s license
