About the Position

In the role of Casual Aged Care Support Worker, you will provide individual support to senior participants both in their homes and in the community using an individualised and person-centred approach.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, responsive, resourceful and with the ability to create strong professional relationships. They will also utilise an individualised approach towards assisting senior participants to reach their goals.

The candidate will be joining a close-knit team and will need to embrace and model the values of Anglicare NT.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated personal or professional experience supporting senior people
  • Passion for helping others to live the life that they choose
  • Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team
  • Availability to work a fleixble roster

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess a Working with Children (Ochre Card), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver's licence.
