JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a customer service superstar! Our Reception/Administration Officer will be friendly, enthusiastic, autonomous, efficient and highly motivated!

About The Role

This role will provide and promote a positive customer service experience for all customers, their families, staff and visitors. Based at our Warabrook office the role is responsible for the day to day running of the reception area and administration functions. This will include:

  • Greeting all customers, families, visitors and staff in person or on phone
  • Perform general office tasks including maintaining supplies and stationary, managing meeting rooms and IT, mail collection and distribution, and word processing
  • Organise maintenance of facilities, infrastructure and office equipment
  • Undertake finance related tasks including data entry and filing
  • Continuous improvement of procedures and systems
  • Assist the finance team with any adhoc tasks and projects
  • Assist with event planning and management
  • Manage a large fleet of vehicles which include all registrations, insurances, vehicle accident claims, vehicle log sheets, and maintenance schedules
About You
  • A minimum qualification of Certificate II in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • Customer service experience, preferably in the Disability or Aged Care industry
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with data entry and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload
  • Professional telephone manner and image
  • The ability to show initiative and problem solve any issues that arise
  • Demonstrated ability to relate well to staff, customer and their families/carers
  • Ability to work with and contribute to a team
  • High level of confidentiality and privacy of information
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Current drivers licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
  • Current Working With Children check
