TLC is creating a new era of community services through aged care, medical care, childcare, TLC virtual reality, TLC Café’s and health gyms. Delivered in exceptional, state of the art facilities, this role is based at St Kilda Road, Melbourne.

We seek an experienced, professional and enthusiastic General Manager to lead workforce, talent and business partnerships in a highly agile and changing environment. This role requires someone who can balance the urgent imperatives of operational requirements with longer term planning and project delivery.
