Multiple opportunities to work in Midwifery Group Practice (MGP) or as core ward staff providing care across the continuum: antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal.

This is a recruitment pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time and Casual appointment/s, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency, to support the phased re-opening of maternity services on the Bentley Site.

MGP Position Profile: We are seeking applications from suitably qualified, enthusiastic Midwives. Successful applicants will work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing midwifery led, woman focused, evidence based care and be sensitive to a majority Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CaLD) clientele. In this role you will provide continuity of midwifery care during the antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal period within a low risk setting in a Midwifery Group Practice based on site at Bentley Hospital. The midwife will practice within their scope of practice in line with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia's Midwife Standards for Practice, the Code of Ethics and the Code of Conduct.

Core Ward Staff Position Profile: We are seeking applications from suitably qualified, enthusiastic Midwives. Successful applicants will work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing midwifery led, woman focused, evidence based care and be sensitive to a majority Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CaLD) clientele. The midwife will be a flexible team player capable of working in all areas across the midwifery continuum of care: antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal period. Area Profile: Bentley Health Service (BHS) is a specialist hospital located 11km from the Perth CBD and forms part of the Royal Perth Bentley Group. BHS provides quality healthcare to the community, specialising in the delivery of mental health care, aged care services, elective surgical care, obstetrics, and rehabilitation.
